Jocelyn Griffing

Jocelyn is CEO of Media Darwin. She spearheads operations and provides the overall structural vision for the company. She is a skilled team builder and has a gift for recognizing and developing talent. Jocelyn has served as Senior Vice President at Omnicom within ICON International, where she founded and managed the Online Media and Digital Technologies department operating within the corporate trade and barter business model. She was also recently SVP of Audience Solutions Group & Data Analytics at ZenithOptimedia, overseeing the Verizon business. Jocelyn has over 20 years of experience leading teams responsible for business development, integrated media, data and analytics, and content product development, working at companies like Saatchi & Saatchi, Modem Media, Women.com, Grey, and ValueClick. She was responsible for one of the very first ad buys online and played a crucial role in standardizing the practice. She’s a true leader and innovator.

Jim Meskauskas

Jim is the Chief Strategic Officer of Media Darwin, bringing over twenty years of experience in traditional and digital advertising, strategy, media planning, buying, analytics and measurement. He was recently EVP, General Manager at Active International, overseeing their digital practice and general media strategy and planning across multiple teams in the US and internationally. Before Active, he worked for Omnicom and was a founding member of Underscore Marketing and Pericles Consulting, one of the first political online agencies. He has also consulted with Agiliti and McKinsey on digital marketing operations projects for Fortune 100 companies. Jim is a regular conference speaker and has published extensively on media, measurement, strategy, planning processes, and media’s impact on culture. His work has been featured in textbooks on marketing and digital advertising. He is a mediologist through and through.
